Goal Setting

Goal setting is so crucial to staying on track, organization, and boosting your day-to-day motivation! I want you to take some time to think about some goals you have for yourself. Whether it be success goals, work goals, happiness goals, healthy eating goals, or simply house chore goals, they are all great!

Effective goal setting always has a time limit. What are your goals for this month? This year? 5 years from now? Heck, even make goals for each day! Setting a time period for your goals forces you to learn good time management skills and keeps you motivated in the process! Make a list of goals you have for each time period:

MAKE SURE YOU KEEP A COPY OF THESE GOALS IN A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE REMINDED OF THEM EACH DAY! STAY MOTIVATED!!!
