The New Becoming Vegetarian: The Essential Guide To A Healthy Vegetarian Diet

For those of you who may be struggling or just need a little help with your diet and living a healthy lifestyle, this may be the book for you to read! I know going vegetarian sounds all kinds of awful, especially living in a society and culture of meat lovers! However, I have recently become vegetarian myself and I love it!
